Passion, an intense enthusiasm and love for what you do, driving your commitment and dedication.

Positivity, maintaining an optimistic outlook, even in challenging situations, to inspire and uplift others.

Adaptability, the ability to adjust and thrive in changing circumstances and environments.

Leadership, the art of guiding and motivating a team to achieve common goals and foster growth.

Ambition, a strong desire and determination to achieve success and reach one's goals.

I would caution about passion. It’s an overrated and misunderstood element. The guy that’s running the biggest venue servicing waste management business in town is likely not at all passionate about port o potties. However, you may find that he’s incredibly passionate about serving others, going above and beyond for clients, and treating his employees kindly. People whine about not being in a job or industry they’re passionate about all the time, but it’s not always as simple as it sounds or seems.
