He's high on seeing how far he's been able to subvert systems of government with social network tech bros at his heel, so he's going to keep on trying to push the point social networks are trying to impress onto the young and vulnerable. He's doing it with the cooperation of other authoritarian world leaders who also have a lot to gain from toppling a world order based on rules.
