New free throw routine just dropped, Ben Simmons and Giannis about to implement this into their routines.
Ben Simmons will never be caught dead shooting one-handed free throws. He cares way too much about his image.
Giannis gonna add this to his pre-shot motions just to pad the time even further
Jeremy Sochan's one hand, Rick Barry's granny, Korean basketball's bankshot... are all proof that Ben Simmons, Rajon Rondo, Shaq, Ben Wallace, Dwight, DeAndre, and every other lazy basketball player let their ego get in the way of doing real work at improving their free throw percentage.
