As an OKC fan Luka is certainly the MVP candidate to watch currently, but I just don't trust that Dallas team at all. Lively is a great prospect and all, but it'll take time for him to become an impactful defender. That D of Dallas is awful.

Once they play against some better disciplined defensive teams, it won't be easy. Luka is great to watch, but he shouldn't shoulder this much of a load if the goal is getting to April in one piece. He's already playing through an injury as is.

You're not wrong, although the first two games this year are exactly the type of games we would've lost last year. So, improved, but a long long way to go
