Did something similar... turned the electric stove on high, waited until coil was glowing red and then touched it with my finger. I still remember how excited I was waiting for it to glow! π
That finger has no normal fingerprint now - the ridges and swirls are gone. Kids are dumb.
My brother did the same thing with the cigarette lighter in our car when we were little. I donβt think that one ever grew a full fingerprint back π π
