I did this for a few years until I learned that more than 8h a day is actually counterproductive. The vast majority of these 'rise and grind' bros are just wasting time in front of a computer doing stupid bullshit.
Agreed. Sometimes I'm on a roll and at the end of the day I see this big new task in front of me that would require 2-3 days of intense work. Then I think to myself why not start now? But often if I just go to bed and start the next morning with a fresh mind I can find a new way to deal with the problem in 2hrs of work.
