i mean look i’m no doctor but i’m 6’3” and i carry my weight very well, people always underguess by 20-30 pounds. when i was a senior in high school i got up to about 290 pounds and i would have looked tiny next to a lot of guys in the NBA and/or NFL. of course that’s obvious to say but the point is- the official weights that are listed are wildly inaccurate. if you’re 7’2” and ripped with muscle, you could easily be on the fourth floor and still running around competing at the highest levels of athletics, assuming you were regularly training to do that. when i see some of these weights listed, and especially with these NBA guys who are so, so tall, it’s laughable to think about that weight compared to my weight at my heaviest.

shaq has a full foot on me and he only weighed 25 more pounds when he was in his prime and won the first championship? an elite athlete working out and working with a training team, etc etc. there’s no way.
