The fact that there was oppo ready to go on him like that leads me to believe he's a progressive.

The party didn't try to ratfuck fetterman.

EDIT: Just looked into the tattoo thing. Ratfuckery or no, this doesn't look good.

I'm still unsure what his progressive ideas are though.

Really? Why revel in ignorance? His stated positions are right here...

Mate you can't use that line literally after saying well I didn't know the skull was a nazi symbol

And again assuming didn't read it when it's hard to tell how progressive the person who did multiple tours in the middle east is who also doesn't want to cut military spending just not give it to the pmcs, who he also served with.

I feel like there is a difference in the claims as I was explaining that prior to this issue I didn't know of the symbol, and your claim is about the policy of the person being actively discussed.

But it probably doesn't matter. It appeared to me that you were taking some sort of pride in not knowing. Sorry if I misunderstood.

And again assuming didn’t read it when it’s hard to tell how progressive the person who did multiple tours in the middle east is who also doesn’t want to cut military spending just not give it to the pmcs, who he also served with.

We are kinda strapped for a good choice here. Most of the time it's take a chance on someone that might turn out bad or someone that is already awful. I believe there is a 3rd candidate for Maine, but I need to read more about them before commenting on them as an option. I'm aware Platner isn't a perfect candidate, but I don't think we get that option so my main argument in most of these threads is that he's still a better option than the already rotten incumbent.
