Realize this may come across as a homer take, but this is purely objective - if Brown continues to play the way he has been, it's not inconceivable that he will surpass 2k receiving yards. If the Eagles remain a dominant team through the remainder of the season, maybe clinching the 1 seed for the NFC, and Brown hits that mark, do you think he'd be a legitimate contender for MVP? There is no question he's been the driving force behind the Philly offense this season on a very stacked roster.
What do you think? I'm mixed on the issue - if Kupp couldn't do it a few years ago I'm not sure any WR can in the current league, but at the same time, there's been very few standout players this year compared to previous recent seasons, and especially with so many QBs suffering lackluster performance and injuries, there's an interesting argument to be made that a non-QB might actually stand a chance this season.
If Jerry Rice can’t win it with 22 TDs in 12 games, no WR can ever win the MVP.
