Both of these moves sabotaged these teams windows quicker, and set back these teams for years to come

2019: Titans go 9-7 and reach the AFCCG

2020: Titans go 11-5 win the AFC South and lose in OT in the wildcard round

2021: Titans go 12-5 getting the 1 seed in the AFC and losing in the divisional round by 3 points

Seems like they were winning pretty well with him on the roster.
