Price has increased by $10 over the original. I hope it's worth it.

It might be more comfortable at least. The Kato is one of the heaviest iems on the market. The polished metal looks nice, but I honestly wish they would've used plastic for them.

Fair points. Kato is indeed heavy and can encroach on comfort issues.
