I have 13 years experience working in IT and have a couple network certifications and I can say with confidence that is a Cisco.

Not one, but actually TWO Cisco.
(Cisco's? Ciscoes? How do we say Cisco but plural? Meh, nevermind probably more expensive anyway.)
