Hi, any info greatly appreciated! I’m considering getting Beyerdynamic DT700 pro X and a DAC amp and need to know two things.

Can a DAC amp increase the volume of headphones to say 150% what an iPhone would pump out?
Can headphones handle being driven that loud?
