Has there ever been an all star-level duo that has played together on different teams as many times as James Harden and Russell Westbrook have? (alien.top)

With Harden joining the Clippers, this is now the 3rd separate time he has teamed up with Westbrook. Obviously Harden came off the bench in OKC, but was 6MOTY and played significant minutes with Westbrook, then of course, later in Houston.

Besides Harden and Durant in both OKC and Brooklyn, or even Lebron and D Wade in Miami and Cleveland, I can't think of many other all star caliber (or former all star) duos teaming up more than once.

Interesting tidbit. That'll be a great trivia question 20 years from now. Lock that in young bucks. You're going to impress the nephews of 2040 with that one ;-)
