I run an online Scottish gym clothing brand startup. I have read quite a few books on business philosophy and marketing however most content seems to be tailored to service based businesses. Where the next service in the stack is what logically comes after or before what the cutsomer already purchsed.

I read Alex hormozi's $100 million offers and I am really struggling to come up with things to put in an offer to create a value stack. I sell similar stuff too gymshark such as T-shirts tank tops shorts.

My business is at caledoniafitness.co.uk I have just gotten supply of 2 items with 2 variations each in 3 sizes to start because that is all I have funds for.

If you're limited with budget, you need info products. Maybe access to a workout plan, or a community. Or maybe there's a gym or spa in Scotland that you can partner with to offer a limited amount of day passes for the first 10 order etc. (They get foot traffic, you get eyeballs on your brand.) Whatever it is they have to be somewhat appealing.

Think of it as coming up with a lead magnet. If you want to brainstorm ideas drop me a dm, I love coming up with offers.
