Good looking bread always gets an upvote from me, regardless of the sub. Those baguettes look delicious. How do you transfer them to the baking sheet? Mine always end up scraggly and not straight.

I got a baguette peel. It's essentially just a small board for moving baguettes. Small ones for home baking are fairly inexpensive. If you don't want to invest in a wooden one, you can make one out of cardboard.
