No, it is a quote of the previous poster. It's funny because they think that distinguishing nazis from fascism has some bearing on the validity of the meme which is just silly af.

I know it's a quote. So considering that nazis are a subset of fascists, what's "LMAO" about saying that not all fascists are nazis? It is a simple logical conclusion of the first statement.

The meme says fascist, which Nazis are a subset. That's why it is silly to try to make a distinction about the article I quoted. The Venn diagram is quite simple.
