I’ve been using ANC types (AirPods Pro and XM3) for years and I thought they were really good. Spent a week on reviews and decided the weight and comfort is really important to me, I get neck aches from desk work so the lightweight design sold me. And Dan Clark seems like a good guy running a legit small business, in his videos.
I love how I can hear the subtle details in vocals I couldn’t before. Like saliva, throat and breath sounds. Feels more real and human. Let’s see if I still get goosebumps after this honeymoon period.
Is FiiO K7 good enough for it? I have to turn the amp vol to 80 for it to sound satisfying. Is this usual or a sign of a weak amp?
I stopped at 13 pro max as well,nothing major in any upgrade in my opinion as everything seems to have stalled a bit in tech.Even the new M3 chips as Apple kept on giving % against the m1 throughout their launch.I like you just treat myself to new headphones and I'm looking to get the R7 next
