I dont nothing about business. Like if i manage to get a great idea and start to make money, i have no idea how to manage employees or the company itself.

What topic should i study? finance? business?

For example when i saw that reality show sharktank, where entrepreneur has their idea and already a running company but wants a boost and they start to talk, i don't understand a thing and probably i cannot reach a good level cause of my lack of knowledge in that field

For example elon musk studied economics.

What topic should i study to will be able to manage a startup and a company and make business?

On YouTube look up Cody Sanchez 200 books she's read the top 20 that you need to read for a business owner. She gives you the highlights.

Go to your local small business administration they have free books on businesses different types of businesses and they can help you with research for free.
