First sentence in your link:

A tone argument (also called tone policing) is a type of ad hominem aimed at the tone of an argument instead of its factual or logical content in order to dismiss a person's argument.

Please show me where I disagreed with anything you said. Where did I "dismiss a person's argument"? I'll wait. But I'll be waiting a long time because all I did was say I downvoted you for being so condescending.

Edit: typo

I mean weren't you quite literally just making an accusation of lacking reading comprehension?

You aren't engaging with the substance of my argument, and instead try and dismiss it based on its tone. As you said:

I downvoted you for being so condescending

You are tone policing. You can't/ won't engage with the substance, so you focus on the decorations of the argument.
