Who... who is this for? Who wants this? Who hears this and goes "ah yes, this is, A: a real problem, and B: a useful solution to said problem."
Republicans. They want to be allowed to suppress the truth because it doesn't fit their narrative.
We don't have Republicans in Canada.
American conservatives are republicans now.
We have the very same thing.
We have conservatives, but they aren't called republicans.
Same shit different name.
So we're importing that from America now too? We can't even use Canadian words to describe Canadian people?
Call them whatever you like. "Fascist assholes" feels appropriate. Didn't check which community the post is in, tbh. Just seemed like a very Republican thing to do.
I get not checking which community you're in, but the idea of Republicans voting on the fate of the CBC is... strange!
Someone should remind them of that so they stop ~~aspiring~~ stooping to new lows.
