A gaming sub free from the hype and oversaturation of current releases, catering to gamers who wait at least 12 months after release to play a game. Whether it's price, waiting for bugs/issues to be patched, DLC to be released, don't meet the system requirements, or just haven't had the time to keep up with the latest releases.

I think the ammo for the beam weapons is a bit stressful. I just got them and am wondering if using an infinite ammo cheat will ruin the experience or if it will make the game more enjoyable.

Maybe I will get ammo upgrades and it won’t matter.

What is your opinion on the matter? I don’t mind being stressed if it makes the game more fun overall.

I feel like the ammo aspect is a big part of what makes the game challenging. Like others have said, you can always get more ammo by using the opposite beam (i.e. killing enemies with the light beam gives dark beam ammo and vice versa), and you can also use the charge beam for a free shot even with 0 ammo.

All of that put together can lead to some of the most exciting boss battles where you're out or almost out of ammo but still have a chance to get the final blow in before they do. Infinite ammo wouldn't necessarily ruin the game overall in my opinion, exploring would still be fun and exciting. But it would certainly rob you of those exciting moments.

Thanks, this is what I was worried about. Will there be exciting moments around ammo. If it was something that just added a grind to the game, then I would not mind using cheats.

This is what I was hoping to hear about the game. I will forego the cheats.

Thanks, I did not know that you could still charge shot while at 0 ammo. This makes a big difference for me. Part of the stress was worrying about having ammo to solve a puzzle.
