Then you don't support Russia, China, or North Korea and you're not a tankie, or you do support those entities and you're lying about their activities, in either scenario that's bullshit.
You're not wrong that they support those countries but you haven't explained how that's pertinent to the topic at hand.
Because China, Russia, and North Korea run psyops that either directly or indirectly harm western nations, such as by endorsing, and in some cases funding and arming, people who oppose or disadvantage the governments and peoples in those nations in any way and by doing anything in their power to decrease credibility and trust of those nation's governments.
Examples: China used its TikTok military op not only to collect and categorize americans (and other nations) but to directly endorse Donald Trump for president, followed by the largest shift rightward in young voters ever recorded. China wants Anarchy in the west, China wants an opportunity to grow their own borders unchecked and become the dominant global superpower.
Anarchy isn't a synonym for Chaos
It is a synonym for a weakened governing body, though.
Unless China is pushing for community gardens, and mutual aid drives in the West, lets try a different word.
They pushed for Donald Fucking Trump, mate. You should try some different words.
China wants the USA to have a revolution, and the bloodier the better, and in the end they want a loyalist installed as the new leader(s).
And Donald Trump is the extreme opposite of an Anarchist.
Oh, ok, so it's all communal gardens, then? Huh? Is that right, is that all China is pushing for? By getting Trump reelected China harmed the credibility of the USA federal government and pushed it towards lawlessness, it's called accelerationism and it's the preferred political ideology of selfish assholes with zero empathy which includes a very large number of anarchists.
Trump also happens to be the most deregulatory president potentially of all time, by attempting to overrule the constitution itself and him and his followers are constantly cooing over abolishing income taxes entirely.

I think I understand, you're not implying that what they want is related to communal gardens, you're simply in denial of how the anarchist movement can be misused by them.
I'm saying that alot of people use the word "anarchy" to imply something akin to a riot; total chaos rather then what it is: a political movement opposed to hierarchy. The powers that be, approving of hierarchy and being opposed to anarchy encourage this incorrect use of language.
We've already been over that, I've explained that China indeed opposes Hierarchy in the West until they have an opportunity to make their own.

That's your definition. To me, it means essentially "Marxist-Leninist who supports actually existing socialist projects". I still fail to see what my views on some countries have to do with adventurism.
