4. Post titles should be the same as the article used as source.
Posts which titles don’t match the source won’t be removed, but the autoMod will notify you, and if your title misrepresents the original article, the post will be deleted. If the site changed their headline, the bot might still contact you, just ignore it, we won’t delete your post.
5. Only recent news is allowed.
Posts must be news from the most recent 30 days.
6. All posts must be news articles.
No opinion pieces, Listicles, editorials or celebrity gossip is allowed. All posts will be judged on a case-by-case basis.
7. No duplicate posts.
If a source you used was already posted by someone else, the autoMod will leave a message. Please remove your post if the autoMod is correct. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.
8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners.
The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.

You don't care that 340 million people are just kind of fucked? Well, that's an interesting position.
They really just revealed how they feel about either Americans or humans in general. Either way, it's a weird statement to go out of their way to make. Guess they want to get in a fight or piss off some strangers? Perhaps they were disappointed with their Xmas? We may never know, lol
Americans keep voting for people who keep giving them worse health care and education... It's sad, but it is what it is.
Imagine being an American and you didn’t vote for this, and you protest, but you can’t change the minds of the people that voted for this and who’s immediate reaction to any sort of protest is revulsion at being slightly inconvenienced, no matter what the protest is about.
Now imagine you feel your vote is less and less important because the people you DO vote in to stop this barely put up a a fight, and end up rolling over anyway. Imagine being that American.
Imagine living your life everyday doing everything you can to live up to the ideals that have been drilled into you since birth about what it means to be a good person, a good American, and a good citizen of Earth. And your neighbors elect a felon, a pedo, an insurrectionist.
Imagine doing all of that and you still get worse healthcare.
And the meme social media site you go to for stress relief is constantly barraging you as if you personally are responsible.

To be fair, whereas 30% of the population voted against this horrible outcome, the other 70% were either actively in favor or passively indifferent to it.
It was already bad, just worse now. When massive corporations push extremism in their algorithms and the education system is that terrible, there's been more surprising things that have happened.
