How to get rich, it's simple really but too late for me, join a growing company, work your way from the bottom to the top.

this is a plan that could work. Also starting your own business is a plan that could work. Or buying someone elses business could work. There are millions of ways to make money just need to consider your perspective.

i have friends who are wealthy in Corporate world, and also as business owners. could spin that either way

for your suggestion I would argue that in the business world most times its easier to not be loyal for a while...as jumping to a new company/competitor will likely get you faster growth than sticking around.
