How to get rich, it's simple really but too late for me, join a growing company, work your way from the bottom to the top.

I understand why you say that. It's hard when some random acquaintances make more than you as employees, but as an entrepreneur your income is not capped. Needs some luck too, but with hard work and good ideas you can make a fortune.
