I remember watching the episode where Sheila gets a fecal transplant, and then like all the women in South Park go crazy over fecal transplants and want this one guys poop specifically. I honestly thought Fecal Transplants were made up for the sake of the joke and storyline.

Today I learn in my human physiology lecture that fecal transplants are real and is an effective treatment for certain infections in the large intestines.

Bro, I honestly thought South Park made that procedure up-

Everything that is talked about in south Park is real. I would Stay away from the north American man boy love association if I were you
