Serious question. I kind of wonder how someone like Randle got into the NBA. Not that he's not talented, but his shot mechanics are so erratic. You'd think with the way NBA prospects are relentlessly coached at a young age, everyone would have solid shot mechanics by the time they actually made it into the league.
