As a Raiders fan, it would be my dream scenario if BB came to Vegas to be reunited with Tom. They kiss and make up, BB gets a second wind at coaching, and turns the franchise around. Perennial AFCW powerhouses.

The only thing better would be if Josh McDaniels goes back to coach New England to continued misery.
