im convinced that clippers FO knew this trade wouldnt work, they just felt like harden would help keep attendance up when either pg or kawhi get hurt

I don’t know if they knew it wouldn’t work but they talked themselves into it much more because it was their only big option. They definitely like the attendance angle.
