Why is nobody talking about the important part?

Arrested two days ago at a storage facility.
Held overnight (Yesterday)

Scheduled arraignment 1 month from now.

This dude is GONE. If you weren't able to hold him, then he is gonna split the second he gets a chance. They shouldn't have let him go yesterday, but they probably had no choice (?).

He is gonna run to Mexico and then out into the world with his bitcoin.
