What player in the NFL, past or present, would you have wanted to see succeed so badly but due to injuries, off the field issues, or whatever happened just derailed their career? For me it was unfortunate to see players like Josh Gordon or Justin Blackmon have their careers end or never getting back on track because of off-field issues.

Mike Brown with the Bears. Knee injuries wrecked his career but Urlacher, Tillman, and Briggs all said he was one of the best players when healthy. He was incredible at sniffing out interceptions and dude delivered monster hits.

It's going to be a long while until somebody has walk off pick sixes in consecutive games.

Agreed… but to me, it will always be Tommy Harris. That dude was a force of nature getting inside pressure. The 3 guys in the middle on that defense made it so great.

Mike Brown was successful for the first half of his career before Tommie Harris was on the team.

But Tommie Harris was also a stud.
