The coordinates for "Epstein Island," officially known as Little St. James in the U.S. Virgin Islands, are approximately 18°18'0" N, 64°49'30" W, or roughly 18.3° North, -64.83° West, a small private island in the Caribbean Sea associated with Jeffrey Epstein.
