Not looking good for anyone who relies on snowpack for drinking/cleaning water, that's for sure.
Also, the fires will be worse.

The PNW doesn't really build artificial human-made drinking water reservoirs in most places. The typical water system depends on mountain snow slowly melting and sending water downhill where it flows into rivers and is sent through hydro turbines, irrigates crops and is tapped for drinking water. But the reservoir for summer water (when it doesn't rain) is natural mountain snow melting.
Also, wells are going dry in the pnw in summer.
It was tongue in cheek - not good for anyone, you're right
