Just saying I don't have much hope for Valve to save VR gaming. They don't have the resources, and they might not even have the intention, though the later is just speculation on my part and I really hope I'm wrong.

That's not their budget, that's how much money they're worth on the stock market, in theory. The actual money Valve has to spend on VR (which pretty much means throw away, mind you) is a lot less.
At any rate they already said they're not developing any accompanying title for the Frame.
As an aside, meta is spending way more then valve's entire net worth on their reality labs every year.
