Tonights game pits the 1-7 Panthers against the 2-7 Bears. I for one am incredibly excited because I believe TNF is about watching bad football.

My favorite TNF game of all time was the WK 14 2013 game pitting an awful Texans squad against my own awful Jaguars. Jaguars would go on to win an incredibly ugly and penalty filled (22 of them) 27-20 with Matt Schaub, Case Keenum, Chad Henne, and MJD putting on a show for a national audience that probably went to bad that night with the same feeling as you would have after going minor league hockey game.

What are some other wonderfully awful TNF Matchups that we can remember?

like 1/3 of the league is starting backup quality QBs. The Bears have a really good run O and the Panthers have a terrible run D and a bad QB. If the Bears don't play stupid they win by 10+. If they play stupid it's a coinflip game. Carolina really is that bad.
