With all the chatter about Bill Belichick potentially being fired - despite all he has done for the Patriots over the last 20+ years - what are some of the dumbest decisions owners have made in recent years?

Trading up for the least accurate QB of a loaded QB class who had also only played 12 games at the FCS level, (trey lance)
