With all the chatter about Bill Belichick potentially being fired - despite all he has done for the Patriots over the last 20+ years - what are some of the dumbest decisions owners have made in recent years?

Having a terrible roster, a 37y declining QB and taking a RB 2nd overall pick. I love Saquon, but the decision was atrocious.
