hi recently i got vertigo from overusing my earbuds/headphones and when this happened i took a 1 day break from them (i know thats a very short break but i really love using my earbuds) and after the 1 day i wasnt experiencing the vertigo anymore so i went back to using them again and the vertigo came back so now im wondering exactly how long should i wait to use my headphones/earbuds again to be completely in the clear from vertigo?

Vertigo usually is caused by dislodged calcite crystals within the semicircular canals (the tubes for your sense of balance) inside your inner ears. I suspect that you are listening to your earbuds or headphones at way too high volume levels which will eventually damage your hearing.
