The urge to give up is just so bad! We’ve already invested in this new venture quite heavily and quitting now would be a huge financial loss (would take years to recover). The idea still excites us, but oh man we didn’t expect it to be so hard this time.

Eeesh, bad things happen. So Which type of failure was that ?

  1. Coin failure ( you were just unaware of results )
  2. Intelligent failure ( you inspired yourself from successful one's, planned and got stuck in a complete new desert )

As you stated, I can't pull my hands out that easily so "Make it look like, it was the part of plan"
