Not from headphone or ear bud use. I get it too and it’s because those little crystals in your ear get dislodged and float in the little liquid sack that controls your equilibrium. It… sucks…. I used to get it for maybe an hour and it would go away. The last bout lasted 3 days. I finally did the exercise of moving your head while laying down in order to get the crystal out of that sack and it worked correctly (usually it doesn’t). Has been a few months since the last bout but I’m suspecting it’ll happen again at a later date.
