Curtis, a U.S. permanent [Texas] resident born in Edmonton, holds a business degree and works in the oil and gas sector.

10 to 1 he's a big-time Trump supporter.

Edmonton is the center for liberal and left leaning people in Alberta. There is a chance that he is not a Trumper but living in Texas and working in oil he probably is a Trumper.

You could say the same thing about people in Austin but I don't know that it would convince anyone.
