“BD” refers to Franco-Belgian comics, but let's open things up to include ALL Euro comics and GN's. Euro-style work from around the world is also welcome!

* BD = "Bandes dessinées"
* BDT = Bedetheque
* GN = graphic novel
* LBK = Lambiek
* LC = "Ligne claire"

Geez, I haven't read the John de Fool sequence in ages, but I remember his flying bird-friend being made out of cement, and typically commenting "CROOT!" :D

Fun fact: Deepo is based on the Pterodactyl that Arzach is riding. Giraud called the texture of the Pterodactyl´s skin "concrete-like" in an interview. So the fact that Deepo belongs to the species of "concrete seagulls" seems to be a direct reference to Arzach´s Pterodactyl.
