There was a fan campaign asking the director of Tekken 8 to add it as a stage. After being explained why Waffle House is such a good location, he said it'd be difficult to get the rights to use their image for the game.
He's probably right but it sounds like he didnt even try. They might have done it for free.
Have to add the chair-catching woman to the level.
