Both still bad for conservatives. Also in Europe too, NIMBYs here whine about commie blocks not having "kitchen gardens", which is Europe's golf grass, but at least there's no HOA to force you to grow onions and grass flavored tomatoes in your garden, only societal pressure (which loosened a lot).
