Williams said this on Trae Young’s podcast “From the Point,” referencing the Clippers’ loss in 7 games to the Denver Nuggets in the Western Conference semifinals.

This is ridiculous, if it’s actually true and I was Steve baller hearing it I’d have a stroke. I’d then trade everyone who was on that team and try to put something good together for the new stadium opening. The vibes were so good in 2019 with Tobias Harris, Lou Will ironically, Shai and Montrez. The vibes were phenomenal in 2019 until a few weeks before the shutdown. How did it all crumble so fast.
