First I want to say glad you enjoyed CAF!

Me and you for sure have different views on the LCD-5 and Susvara.

Susvara midrange is the best I have heard on any headphone. It is smooth, dynamic, and vocals sound very sweet. Susvara also has some of the best midrange to treble balance out of any headphone that I listen to. Also is a planar that almost has electrostat speed.

LCD-5 on the other end has very shouty upper mids. Its bass is lean and doesn't balance out the very forward upper mids. Treble is for sure at a better balance than its mids but could be a touch more. I usually EQ the upper mids down a few Db to help along with boosting the bass up. I would boost the Treble up but when I do it can get siblint since its treble isn't as smooth as Susvaras.

As for others I love the Atrium. It is my current second favorite headphone after Susvara. It is my go to for a fun musical relaxing headphone. I have been interested in Diana MR. I love my focal Clear Og so I am interested in the Utopia.

Haven't heard the X9000 yet but am interested. Same with 1266.
