Does Adam Silver support this? That's what I'd like to know. Or is he stuck between a rock and a hard place so his hands are tied and he can't prevent this shit from happening? I'm genuinely curious what the mechanics of this whole refereeing system are nowadays. It's just so bizarre.

Silver was at this game and joined the Celtics commentary team for a bit in the 2nd quarter. God damn do I wish this happened while he was on the call.

Don't worry their union is only under contract until 2029. At which point it will be renewed and these refs will get paid much better for all the hard work they are doing this year.
