[Question] About to take a plunge in a CW watch, how is their after sales service and QC? (alien.top)

I'm choosing between the 35 Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 and the C65 Dune and that C65 Blue dial on a bracelet is just singing to me but I have concerns about hearing how they do not have great after sales service and spotty QC. In contrast to other watch brands how do their fair? I live at the opposite side of the planet from CW so it can be a pain to go back and forth with them whereas for something like that Tissot, I can just spend 2 bucks and go to the service center via public transport.

I’ve never heard about them having problems with either. They mostly use stock Sellita movements, so you can get them serviced anywhere.
