For what it's worth, I was repeatedly harassed by users of Tutanota (I knew who it was, I was looking for proof to get a restraining order), and they stated that short of an international police investigation resulting in a local warrant, they wouldn't disclose anything -- even for people who were violating their terms of service (and therefore should have no expectation of protection under their privacy policy).
